Bibbo Fall Family Portraits

Bibbo Fall Family Portraits

Fall, especially in Cleveland, is my favorite season of the year.  This year's Fall weather treated us to some amazingly warm and beautiful days.  Sunday, November 6th, was one of many warm Fall days.  November rain?  Not this year! Meet the Bibbo Family.  John, Lisa, Jayden, Cameron, Taylor, and Cooper met me in the Brecksville reservation for their first group of photos.

Baby H on the way! Alicia and Hans

The world is waiting for the arrival of little baby H, code name for a cute little baby girl that will make her grand entrance into this world in late October/early November.  I've know Alicia and Hans for a couple of years now and little baby H will be their first child.  Having the chance to document the beginning of a beautiful new life is one of many reasons why I love photography.  The portrait session began in Baby H's new baby room and the light being filtered through a window blind was simply amazing.

Third Eye Blind visits Cleveland

Third Eye Blind visits Cleveland

Live Nation hosted three bands at Jacobs Pavilion on Friday May 30, 2015.  The weather couldn't have been any better Friday evening with clear skies and temperatures hovering in the mid 70's.  Chris Carrabba, lead singer of Dashboard Confessional, treated some fans with an excellent vocal and acoustic performance in a VIP tent just past the entrance of Jacobs Pavilion.   Augustana, based in San Diego and is best known for their song "Boston", opened the night. Dashboard Confessional took the stage at 7:40pm and played to a few thousand fans until 8:50pm where Chris Carrabba made his exit by walking through a crowd exchanging high fives with fans.  By the time Third Eye Blind took the stage at 9:20pm, Jacobs Pavilion was packed with fans in the pit area as well as every seat in the stands.

Cassidy's First Communion

Cassidy's First Communion

Spring has finally arrived and the first week of May didn't let anyone down.  Sunny and partially overcast skies with temperatures in the mid seventies is a great start to Spring.  The first weekend of May was especially special for a little girl making her First Communion.  Cassidy, who is extremely camera friendly and has a personality the size of the Sun, put on her beautiful First Communion dress and displayed her cute little smile for the camera.

Whitetail Ridge Cabins, best cabins in Hocking Hills

If you're looking for a weekend getaway that will take you to, in my opinion, Ohio's most beautiful State Park, Whitetail Ridge Cabins is where you want to make your home base destination.  Located about 15-20 minutes away from all of Hocking Hill's scenic park attractions, Whitetail Ridge Cabins places you far enough away from tourist traffic while keeping you within a short drive of one of Ohio's most scenic State Parks.  Whitetail Ridge has four beautiful cabins that include an indoor fireplace; brand new 4-person hot tubs; a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and a full selection of utensils; beautiful hardwood floors with modern decor in every room; an outdoor fire pit with benches; excellent cell phone service (I use Verizon) and free wifi for those that need to keep in touch with the digital world.

Punta Cana Dominican Republic

Punta Cana Dominican Republic

If you live anywhere in the Northeast United States, you already know that February is the perfect month to escape bone chilling winter temperatures and live in the tropics for at least a week.  My wife and I received our first passports back in 2005 and it's been exactly 10 years since the last time we used them to visit another part of this world.  Flying to the Dominican Republic in mid-February couldn't have come at a better time.

Amy and James' Wedding

Amy and James' Wedding

Manakiki, whose name is believed to be a Native American word for maple forest, was the scenic setting for Amy and James’ September wedding. Fall was in the air as family and friends gathered for the intimate wedding outside, near the historic Hanna Mansion. Afterwards, everybody gathered on the deck of the beautiful mansion for a short reception, while Amy and James’ ventured off for some photography as the skies cleared and a golden sun appeared. Later the festivities moved into the beautiful ballroom where everybody spent the evening enjoying food, company and dancing, as well as the largest cupcake tree this side of the Mississippi.
